So much better than my last Anolon grill pan...
They must have really improved this item because it cleans up in a snap and is a great alternative to the BBQ.

I already owned an AllClad grill pan that's impossible to clean. This one wipes immediately. My husband doesn't even complain about washing it
Handy
This pan is small enough to store when not needed - and I love using it to make scrambled eggs.
