Great Pan - Cute cakes
This flower pan makes adorable cakes that are perfect for holding a scoop of ice cream. The browning on the outside of the cakes has been consistent and doesn't harm the attractive nature of the cakes. Plan to frost them minimally or it is easy to lose the design. If you grease then flour the pans instead of using a flour spray be careful of getting pockets of flour in the rims of the petals, as that has sometimes led to little holes on the edge. Best results are with using the flour/oil spray.

very cute pan but use extra grease with it or your cake will stick in the deep pockets of it.
Great product
My wife and I had been looking for this product for a while. And with the help of Amazon we were able to purchase it and received in the best time possible. This is a wonderful and fun pan to cook with and impress friends and family, especially grandchildren.
