Great bakeware
I bought this to replace very old non-stick bakeware and because I had the entire Anolon Advanced Bronze stovetop set. I love the bakeware as much as I love the cookware. It is pretty, heavy, cleans well and cooks like a dream. Worth the money.
disappointed, busted in the oven
I am a big fan of the Anolon Bronze cooking pots, but this bakeware was a pure disappointment. Once used, the dishes turn black and you cannot clean them anymore. Also, the handles busted at 450 degrees. Amazon states that they are oven safe until 500 degrees, the Anolon website states 450 degrees....either or, they do not stand the test of heat and time. Bakeware goes back...too sad, they looked great with my otherwise fantastic Advanced Bronze cooking ware.
Ideal For Baking!
I just love Anolon products. I like the handles that are included on all bakeware for easy transport to and from the oven. I had some bakeware that predated me. The old set obviously did not have nonstick features and was a doddering old dinosaur about to become exinct in my kitchen. Anolon is a fresh turn around. I received a set of Anolon cookware and just love it! I've been adding to my set and have since bought the pizza crisper. I love the bakeware every bit as much as I do the cookware. It is a very attractive set and cleaning is a breeze.
