great product great gift for those who loves to cook
great and nicely build product. I bought for my husband, one of many other gifts I planned for him. This one is because he loves to cook and he loves this, he said it's nicely build with great materials. I can hardly wait for my next roasted dish!
Non-stick doesn't stick to the rack
I just used is for the first time and when hand washing, the non-stick surface started coming off around the base of the rack. I would not recommend this rack and will purchase one without the non-stick coating.
Worked perfectly for our 12lb Thanksgiving turkey
For our 12 pound turkey, we opened this to the far notch and put it in an 8 1/2 x 11" baking pan. It was a perfect fit. A larger turkey would have worked with the rack, but would have extended beyond the pan. The rack had several smaller settings and would have worked for a smaller bird as well. I used this up to 450 degrees and it was in the oven for several hours with no peeling or issues. The turkey didn't stick to it at all, and it came completely clean when I ran it through the dishwasher on the regular wash cycle along with all my other dishes. Overall, a great buy and good value!
