Chip And Dip Superb
Today, I was sent an email from Martha Stewart's Everyday kitchen for Creamy Avocado Dip. It looks luscious. Two avacados a, one jalapeño pepper, handful of cilantro, 1 cup of low fat sour cream, 2 tbsps of lime juice and salt and pepper. Put all the ingredients in a food blender, and blend until creamy. Place in the dip portion of this set.
Make your own chips from flour or corn tortillas. Cut into triangles, spritz with olive oil, place in oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Place these chips in the chip portion of this set.
