LOVE this cookware
I have been testing and looking for cookware for several years. I am tired of teflon coating and cookware that states it can not be used at high heat and keep its warranty. I bought this set and have used it for eggs, making soups, rice and frying chicken and everything else. It cleans up easily, nothing sticks at the correct cooking temp. I have even been distracted and burned an entire pot of rice to the bottom, it cleaned up in minutes and I was able to make another pot right away. I recomment this to anyone tired of using teflon.

After about a year of research - talking to friends, buying "tester" pans (from Le Creuset, Lodge, Calpalon, All-Clad, etc) and talking to a few chefs, I ultimately decided to ignore all the suggestions and went ahead and bought these pans. They could supposedly go from gas to electric to induction and even in the oven, didn't need "seasoning" or complicated cleaning techniques; they could just go into the dishwasher, and the reviews were pretty good. When I received these pans in August I was a bit disappointed with them on first glance. The welding marks are easily seen, the handles for the lids look like the type to hold water in them, etc etc. I'm glad to say I was wrong.

These pans are lovely. They can be a bit tricky to clean if you don't do it immediately after cooking, but we solved that by having a kettle of water on the boil whilst cooking. Plate the food, pour the water in the pans and let them sit whilst you eat, and when you get around to rinsing them the food...

This is AWESOME cookware!
I first got this set about 3 years ago and never regret having bought it. It gets used a lot more than my other cookware like Le Creuset, All Clad(I think I'll give this stuff away) that I own.

It heat very evenly and is very easy to clean. Most of the time I just wash it by hand and unless I'm too tired and than I just throw it in the dishwasher.

I almost never have any problems with food sticking and if it does I have never had a problems cleaning it.

Since I purchased this set I've also bought the Saute Pan, Chef's Pan and 11" Skillet which are very functional and beautiful.

I have also bought a set for my daughter who also loves it.
