Chicken and steak are great for this. Light weight and the best part it is so easy to clean. No scrubbing....YEA! I was not disappointed at all.
Fantastic skillet
I just love this skillet I use it mostly to do steak and it is superb!! nothing get stuck on it on the contrary it is juicy and because of the inside that it is not flat but has high and low surface it is incredible!! nothing sitck and cook so fast!! Thank you Rachael Ray!!I highly recomended.
